Just had a very large custom door installed in our home in North Van. From the beginning, Novin Doors was very responsive and quick to provide quotes and options. They just came to install the doors and both the doors themselves as well as the installation and crew were amazing. Absolutely amazing work! Novin Doors replaced two exterior doors on my house, looks stunning and completely transformed our old entrance to new modern, energy efficient fibreglass doors! We were impressed with all aspects of the services we received from Novin doors - from the time and knowledge shared with us by Carolina in the showroom, to the walk through of the house with Mike, and then to the final install by Mike and his crew. The patience and flexibility extended to us was also greatly appreciated. We were really impressed by the amount of communication we received about every step of the process, and we were extremely happy that the final installation of 4 interior doors and 2 exterior doors was completed not only in one day on a 1930's "non-plum" house, but in 5 hours because of the experienced Novin crew. Professional door company that is very polite and have amazing customer service. Samaria was the one at the desk when my family and I visited their office to get a quote on design. She was very polite and professional very knowledgeable. Fernanda was quick to get back to me on an estimate and was very knowledgeable and communication was excellent. I would recommend them for door replacements as they have such an amazing team.
